Welcome to REITrag readers from the Publisher. Every effort is made to report on verifiable information, transactions, and public filing information - all the REITs, in one place every month. The early months have proven this is a more difficult task than originally thought, but I’m pleased to say the early bugs have been worked out; the format may still see some tweaks, but I’m mostly happy with it.

This is month four; this month we’ll start adding more U.S. and European REIT data. The July issue - if all goes well - will be published the first week of August. This publication is ambitious, or rather I am being ambitious - to earn the trust of investors, general readers, industry professionals and REITs we cover.

All information here details the information we have on the REITs we are following, the basic contact information we have (this portion will grow in time), and all the news we have about this REIT’s activity we are aware of in the marketplace, from trusted media sources, the REIT’s own information releases we’ve received from them or their authorized representatives, and from our own reporting.
The format we will use for each REIT we follow will be below - in alphabetical order, giving you the following information; basic information will be replicated/updated in subsequent issues, and ‘fresh material’ will be for the coverage of material related to the time frame covered by this issue.
We encourage all REITs to put us on their mailing lists, if we aren’t already, because we want to ensure we capture all the most relevant REIT news for REITrag users.
